Pairing Food & Wines with Len Presutti

Everybody knows that red wine goes with red meat, right? But did you know that sometimes Chardonnay is the best choice to accompany steak, and why that's so? What are the best wines to drink with hot and spicy foods? And what goes with chocolate? Master wine educator Len Presutti will explore these and other food-wine pairing questions in our next wine class.

This fast-paced and informative class will feature 6 different wines and a variety of food types and flavors to illustrate the concepts of wine and food pairing. You'll learn so much more than just what to drink with what, but the "why" as well.
